Blender is a free open-source 3D modeling and rendering tool. For more information look at http://www.blender,org

In age building it is currently the only modeling tool we can effectively use.

Working with Blender

Learning to use Blender is always a steep learning curve.
We advise to read the Blender Noob to Pro tutorials to become familiar with the workings of Blender, before you start to write ages.

If you are too impatient, which is understandable, you should still keep the Noob to Pro tutorials within reach, as you may often need it to look something up.

In the tutorials about Writing, we will assume that you know the basics about Blender from that tutorial.

There are also Video tutorials you can follow as well.
